wat a tiring day....

right after our photography class, we listed out all the materials that we need for our project.

1) 2 meters of black fabric
2) balloons
3) mural paint

Four of us went to IOI Mall to get materials for our project. We took a journey of 30 minutes to reach by cab as the highway was so jam. Upon arrival, we searched for the Kamdar Fabric Shop to purchase black cloth. Then, we went to Toycyrus to get packets of balloons. Then, we went to an art shop to get mural paints of orange and yellow color. As the traffic was so jam, we decided to have our dinner at Nando's before getting back to Taylor's to continue working on our project.

We reached Taylor's around 6.30pm and we started experimenting on our project. We did a try out for our final proposal to Mr. Charles. We actually used the space in front of Temptations as we can't find a more suitable place to work our try out on the project.

We covered the whole floor with newspaper and started our work. Can you actually that we tried out 7 WAYS to get a perfect watercolor balloon splash on the black cloth???? it's really not that easy as we thought. Let me tell you the ways we tried out.

1) put the mural paint in the balloon, fill the balloon with water from the tap, tie it and hit it to the black      cloth. outcome: the balloon is to thick, ended up it hit to the grass, and burst.
2) put the mural paint in the balloon, fill the ballon with water from the tap, tie it and hit it HARDER to the black cloth. outcome: the color outcome is too watery.
3) put the mural paint in the balloon, fill the balloon with water, and blow air into it. outcome: bubbles came out from the balloon, ended up our whole face is covered with yellow color paint.
4) put water in the balloon, put in the mural paint, and tie it up. try to burst the balloon on top of the black cloth. outcome: the mural paint is too thick.
5) put more water in the ballon, put in the mural paint and tie it up. try to burst the balloon on top of the black cloth. outcome: it's not the black cloth who got the watercolor stain. it was our shirt!!!
6) put in the mural paint and add a little bit of water, put the balloon on top of the black cloth and burst it with a needle. outcome: a patch of watercolor on the black cloth.
7) put in the mural paint and add MORE water, put the balloon on top of the black cloth and burst it with a needle. outcome: SUCCESSSSFULLLL!!!!!!!!!

this is the 7 SUCCESSFULLLL WAYYYSSSS to try out on our project. we actually spent 4 hours to experiment it and....the outcome is....all our hands is covered with mural paints and it's kinda difficult to wash out. it's like kind of yellow hand cream. hahaha.....

anyway...we tried our best in the try out. each and everyone put all their effort in it to make it success and this is what we call TEAM work....which stands for...

  T- together
     E - everyone
   A - achieve
M - more
